2) Building block-type screw stem
3) The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high strength, high carrying capacity, and easy disassembly and assembly.
4) The screw components are made of high quality high-speed tool steel (W6MO5Cr4V2) that receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.

F) Charging barrel
1) The barrel is made of #45 steel, and the "∞ " shape hole is lined with a bush that is made of wearproof alloy a-101(Fe-Cr-Ni-Carbide), which is with hardness as HRC60-64. And the barrel length: L = 360mm/section.
2) The first cylinder is used for feeding materials; The 10th cylinder is for extrusion, and other cylinders are of closed mouth type. The mono-dual connector is equipped with vacuum degasification device.

4. The cylinder and screw are made of 38CrMoAlA that is with nitrizing treatment, and the core shaft can be cooled by water.
5. The gears are made of 20CrMnTi, and the lubrication system is self-lubrication inner-cooling.
6. Cast aluminum heater is adopted for single-screw barrel for heating purpose, and air cooling is adopted to cool the barrel. The power of the blower is 0.55kw.

7. Main motor: 110KW (AC)
8. One set of connector (made of stainless steel) with vacuum degasification treatment. Which connects the double screw stem and the single screw stem.

J) Interlock control system

1. Only after the oil lubrication system interlocks with the host machine, i. e., the oil pump starts up, can you start up the host machine.
2. Only after the feeding system interlocks with the host machine, i. e., the host machine starts up, can you start up the feeding machine.
3. When the pressure system interlocks with the host machine, i. e., reaches overpressure, both the host machine and feeding machine should stop operation.
4. When the electric current interlocks with the host machine, i. e., reaches overcurrent, both the host machine and feeding machine should stop operation.
